If I purchase my item, do I then own the artwork?

No, all artwork used on items purchased is the sole property of Christina Green/The Cardinal Collective and cannot be reproduced or used in any manner without the express written permission.


What is your turnaround time?

It varies by project, product, and time of year, please contact hello@thecardinalcollective.com with details of your commission.


Do you do rush orders?

There is a rush fee that varies depending on project and time frame, but I will always do my best to accommodate a client’s schedule.


How does payment work?

All major credit cards are accepted, as well as e-check, written check, and Paypal.

How fast will my items ship?

All items are sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Please note that seller is not responsible for shipping delays that may occur once the item is en route to the client. All items are packaged carefully to prevent bending during shipping. Typically items are first put in a protective plastic sleeve, then into an extra-rigid document mailer. Items are then marked "Do Not Bend" on the outer envelope.
